Poster instructions: the poster should not exceed 1000 mm / 800 mm, portrait. You could optionally use the attached template, just to guide you. For foreign participants who are arriving on 14th and 15th of September, the Organizing committee has arranged the transportation from the Bucharest Airport (arrivals) to Tulcea on 15th of September, at 11.30 o’clock. The price for this transportation is 30 Euro (one way), and the minibus can accommodate 18 persons. Also, for those who are arriving on 14th of September the organizing committee booked single and double rooms at “Casa Romaneasca” Motel (Romanian House Motel), near to the international airport Bucharest (about 1 km), and for those who are leaving on 20th of September, double and single rooms are booked at the same Motel. The price for one room is about 40 euro/night. For those who are going to join all period 15-19 September and visit Danube Delta, please check the weather forecast and consider bringing adequate equipment.
