The total conference fees are:
 

1. payable until 20th of July 2009:
  • 450 Euro/person (if a single room is chosen at Delta Hotel - Tulcea) – all inclusive
  • 400 Euro/person (if a double room is chosen at Delta Hotel - Tulcea) – all inclusive
  • 300 Euro/accompanying person – all inclusive
2. after 20th of July 2009:
  • 600 Euro/person (if a single room is chosen at Delta Hotel - Tulcea) – all inclusive
  • 550 Euro/person (if a double room is chosen at Delta Hotel - Tulcea) – all inclusive
  • 450 Euro/ accompanying person – all inclusive


 
     The conference fees include: 5 days and 4 nights accommodation, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, coffee breaks, naval transportation Tulcea – Crisan – Sulina – Tulcea, excursions (crosiers), and conference proceedings. ICEEM05/2009 it takes place in 3 locations within Danube Delta reservation (Tulcea, Crisan and Sulina locations).
